Our teachers are all fully certified Yoga instructors with years of experience
both teaching and practicing different styles of Yoga.
Julie teaches Hatha yoga from the Sivananda lineage and Vinyasa Flow. She's been teaching yoga since 2012 and has been practicing since 2003. She enjoys sharing the multiple benefits of yoga through breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation and postures (asana). Julie is passionate about making yoga available in Nigeria to all those who need a little break away and time for themselves and encourages her students to develop a home practice. With a 15-year career in international development, Julie has lived in Nigeria for almost 10 years with her husband and two children.

Anara Lomme is certified Iyengar Yoga teacher ( Intermediate Junior 3). She started practicing and teaching in 1996 in Bangalore, India. Iyengar Yoga is vigorous and rigorous approach to the asana ( posture) practice, focusing on the structural alignment of the physical body through the development of asana. This practice aims to unite the body, mind and spirit for health and well-being.
Anara is traveling every year to Pune, India to study and practice with Iyengar family and other senior teachers. She is a Kazakh/French, married, a vegan, an avid reader and an enthusiastic cinephile. “Yoga is like music. Claudia VavassoriClaudia Vavassori is a certified teacher in Yoga with Weights, which is hybrid of two powerful, time-tested exercise systems: yoga and bodybuilding. Working out with weights is one of the best ways to achieve overall physical fitness, and yoga is renowned as a system of personal development by which you can cultivate peak performance and achieve a higher quality of life.

Yugo UkoUgonma Uko, "Yugo", is a 200-hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) having trained with YogaLondon in July 2016. With a love for dynamism and movement, Yugo specializes in Vinyasa flow Yoga, and also loves and teaches Hot yoga. Her fluid vinyasa sequences layered with an emphasis on the breath, constant verbal suggestions, modifications and adjustments will challenge your body and mind.
Her classes are suitable to students of varying experiences and will leave you feeling energized with a sound connection to the inner self. Yugo strongly believes in the journey of yoga. She's married with five children and loves to dance, run and gym when not practicing yoga. |
Blessing Tangban
Blessing Tangban got her 200 hour Yoga teaching certification at Shanti Yoga Shala under her teacher, Natalie Croix, in New Orleans Louisiana. She has been teaching since February 2015. Blessing developed interest in yoga after being taught a few postures and yoga philosophies by a friend, She then delved deeper into it to get her certification because she felt the need to share those philosophies as an instructor, with others.
Blessing is also a professional singer-songwriter and guitarist as well as an avid hiker.
