Hatha yoga refers to a set of physical exercises (known as asanas or postures), and sequences of asanas, designed to align your skin, muscles, and bones. The postures are also designed to open the many channels of the body—especially the main channel, the spine—so that energy can flow freely.

Hot YogaOur Express Hot Yoga Class is the same as the Traditional Hot Yoga Series, but offered in a 50-minute format. It includes all twenty-six postures and two breathing exercises and is taught in a heated room.

Yoga with Weights
Yoga with weights is a 50 minute class designed to give you the lengthening benefits of a Yoga class, combined with the strengthening aspect of a weights circuit.
